COURSE LESSON
PLANS
Note: The
2007 Fall semester schedule below is an estimate. Classes meet Saturdays 9:30am-12:30pm. Performances meet Mondays 4pm-8pm.

the Reading/Homework
There is no text book assigned for this course; however, each week students will be expected to prepare for each class with the necessary research to complete the planning and work towards each performance.
Students need to keep a course Journal.
It would be best if this is kept in an electronic file format like Microsoft Word. There should be at least one entry for every week of class. This will be turned in for final review at the end of the course, but forwarding the the file or printing a copy for instructors is welcome if you would like feedback.
The journal entries should each cover three areas:
1) Reflection of the Saturday's class' successes, frustrations, and questions.
2) Things you want to put down in writing so you're sure to remember.
3) Responses to Online (Yahoo group discussion questions) posted at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Riverbend_iTheater/.
Additionally, there will be a
Distance Education (DE) component added to the course where students and
instructors will share in online discussion questions and answers. The forum for
this DE is:
